Free Yoga and Meditation Session
- The workshop is open to all over 7 years of age and does not require any fitness level or previous exposure to yoga.
- Workshop is held for 1h to allow interaction and the possibility to ask questions in the end.
- The practices taught can be done anywhere between 5 to 21 minutes.
- Ongoing online support will be made available after the session.

• What to bring
Do wear comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movements.
Bring a blanket or warm jacket for the meditation and do bring a yoga mat.
A few spare yoga mats will be available.
