If you are in the Southern California Area and interested in meeting up with other photographers with the same interests as you (FASHION and BEAUTY PHOTOGRAPHY)
then you have come to the right group!
We will all get together a few times a month to do fashion shoots with models, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists. We can all learn from each other in this group!
While these shoots are for portfolio building and not a workshop learning experience , I will be there if you have any questions, or you can learn from your fellow photographers by watching them!
*** RULES***
You must upload photos in high res to the meetup group page here after the shoot.
At least one shot of each model that you end up shooting! This will make it so much easier for the models/creative team to just download the shots! No more sending emails out to the models. Just upload them here and you are done!
Plus that way I can keep track of the people that do not upload photos!

The shoot is on June 29th from 5:00pm to 7:45pm (SUNDAY) we all need to be off the property by 8pm!

We do not do rotations at these meetups. We go, we flow, we shoot, we share! Please be courteous and good with sharing the models!
Photographers who RSVP will just need to show up at 5:00pm SHARP. please take into consideration time for traffic and parking. I will have everything taken care of for you. The permits, wardrobe, models and makeup artists! You may bring your lights but try to bring smaller portable lights. No generators and no cords that might trip people, please!

You must upload your best edited photos in high res (within 2 to 3 weeks) to the yogile link provided! This is the easiest way to have the entire creative team get their photos.
When you sign up with yogile, make sure you put your name and instagram handle on there so the models and creative team will know which photographer took which photo. If you don't put your name it will show up as unknown photographer and you may not get credited so definitely put your name in there! You might have to go into settings to do this.Here is the LINK:

-Please provide your own model releases if you must have them. Models have the right to refuse to sign anything.- This meetup is free-form — no groups or rotations!
I like to keep things relaxed and creative, so photographers are free to shoot with whoever inspires them. You're not required to work with every model, and you're never assigned to anyone.
Shoot what speaks to you ✨
-Please be friendly and courteous! While there will most likely be enough models to do one on ones just also expect to shoot the models with multiple photographers at once
- Do not touch the models before asking. No grabbing them or placing them where you want them. Ask them if it is ok to place them where you want them before doing so.
