Jump Rope Workshops! FUN!
Saturdays and Sundays throughout San Diego, CA.

Jumping rope is a highly effective aerobic exercise (cardiovascular) that increases heart rate and oxygen consumption to improve cardiovascular health and endurance. It acts as a full-body workout engaging calves, core, and shoulders, burning approximately 450–600 calories in 30 minutes.

10 jump ropes available (to cover costs please donate)
Please bring your own if you have one! Beginners are recommended beaded jump ropes. Wire for speed and intermediate to advanced.

Come get your cardio in the fun way — like being a kid again 💦
All levels welcome (yes even if you “can’t jump rope” lol). We’ll learn basics + cute combos, take breaks, and SWEAT.
