Salton Sea Day Ride

Join us for a full day of riding from sea to desert through some of the most iconic historical locations of the once famous Hollywood Hideaway Salton Sea Valley. With key stops at the SkiInn(Lunch) and Slab City, it will be a full day of wandering around SoCal.

We strongly recommend a full-face helmet, as there will likely be insects along this path. This is a long ride day, 8-9 hours, including 6.5 hours of active riding. Gear up and grab your GoPro or favorite 360 camera to capture your own video of the ride.

Bring layers! As this ride will take us through the mountain pass, it could be colder initially, and then we end up in the low desert.

We will make several key stops along the way for refueling and leg stretches, including Circle K's and one stop at Dudley's Famous Bakery for a leg stretch and some fun people fuel.

Note: If you are south and want to join in, we will stop at Vista Bean Coffee before the 78 leg connection(in the ride map). If we do not hear from anyone south, we will continue on past it.
