What we're about
Cashflow 101 & 202 are educational board games, created by Robert Kiyosaki, the author of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". The game teaches accounting, finance, and investing...all at the same time! What's amazing is that it does NOT feel at all like classroom learning; it makes learning fun!
The group is comprised of local Stock Market Investors/Traders & Real Estate Investors; people come to meet like-minded folks. We are all here to improve our know-how in the area of Financial Literacy, as well as our Stock Market & Real Estate knowledge....it's powerful to see that we're helping to change lives in the real world.
The leader is Chris Hanson; he left his corporate job in 2002 to trade his own money full-time. Over the years, lots of people kept saying "Show me how". so he developed www.ProfitsOnWallStreet.com ; an educational firm teaching investors how to trade stock and options. If you want to know more, ask him; if not, he won't talk about it.
95% of achieving & maintaining time freedom is about the "how to think"...maybe 5% is "how to do". Chris hosts a podcast called Investing From The Beach, where he discusses the "How To Think" aspects of achieving time freedom. The show can be found on iTunes www.InvestingFromTheBeach.com
At each meetup, You'll learn:
- the difference between an asset and a liability;
- how to make your money work for you (not the other way around);
- how to get out of the Rat Race (ie going to a job where you exchange your time for money);
- You'll be amazed to see how the game reflects how you manage your own finances.

It's a great chance to grow your network (nd possibly your business) by talking with like-minded individuals. Having said that, we are here to play CF, so once the game starts, stop selling...
7pm - 9:15pm: Play CashFlow 101. CF 101 is an educational boardgame that teaches accounting, finance, & investing and makes learning fun!
7pm - 9pm: Play CashFlow 202. CF 202 teaches advanced business and investing techniques by adding volatility to the game. You'll learn, and instantly put into practice, such concepts as short-sales; stock options; calls & puts; hedging; real estate exchanges and more. You'll probably want to play CF 101 about five times before jumping into the deep end of the pool with CF 202.
9:15pm - 9:45pm: Group Discussion Share with the group what you've learned by playing 101 / 202. It's an open discussion forum for all CF players
By playing the CashFlow boardgames, you will learn how the money game is played and before you know it, you'll begin to change your thinking about the actions necessary to become financially free.
