Climbing Planet of the Apes, Malibu Creek, Sun 7/21 @ 8:30am

Let's climb Malibu Creek State Park's Planet of the Apes wall this Sunday! This wall is all top rope, no leading, and has routes 5.9 - 5.13a. Bring your harness, shoes, water, snacks. If you have ropes and slings, feel free to bring them along. But it is not necessary. I have everything to setup top ropes. BEGINNERS
You're welcome to join at your own risk. You'll need climbing shoes. These can be rented at Adventure16 (http://www.adventure16.com/) locations. Call ahead to make sure they have your size. If you don't have a harness you can ask to borrow one at the meetup from someone not using theirs.

We are meeting at 8:30am here:
27001 Mulholland Hwy, Calabasas, CA. Grasslands Trailhead. Or you can park at Malibu Creek State Park Trailhead and take Crags Road towards Malibu Creek Rock Pools.
