Hey everyone!

We are excited to announce your next meet up here in San Diego! This is EXCLUSIVE to Subto, Gator and TopTier TC Community Members and NOT open to the public. Our aim is to get our communities to work together and collaborate on a regular basis. We want to pour our time and resources into helping and gathering our communities instead of to the open public.

We hope you can join us that morning we will be at a construction site in Allied Gardens. The plan is to go over everything A-Z from the acquisition, the rehab through to the exit strategy. Of course as always bring your questions and be prepared to have your Have's and Wants to the table.
