Southern California Plein Air Painters Association
SOCALPAPA is a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting the tradition of plein-air painting, bring artists together both experienced and new to share knowledge, promote arts education, and exhibit work in a supportive and friendly environment.
SOCALPAPA has done this successfully for over 20 years
• SOCALPAPA believes in the importance of preserving our environment and supports local conservation efforts such as the Newport Back Bay Conservancy, OC Parks and the ENC Center
• The club also engages the community by offering free art classes for children and community events that promote art.
