For SoCal Python's final meetup of 2017, we’re taking things to Burbank, sponsored by the fine folks at Coding Dojo (http://www.codingdojo.com/)

This month, Dmitriy Leybel will be presenting:

Bokeh - For Developers, Data Scientists, and People Who Like Shiny Things

Bokeh is a Python and Javascript visualization framework which allows you to quickly create graphs and charts. A few lines of Python code produce the JS required to create fully interactive visualizations in your browser. You may embed the charts in your web apps or preferred notebook(Jupyter, Shiny, Zeppelin). This talk will get you up and running with Bokeh as well as provide an overview of what it is capable of.

If you would like to present at this month's meetup, please contact the organizers!

Please note: RSVPs help our sponsors estimate how much food/beer to buy for us. If your plans change or you cannot attend, please RSVP "NO" so we can plan accordingly and so that everybody who can attend can get into the event.

Parking and directions:

There are two parking structures on Orange Grove Avenue that are free and have, at the time of the meetup, unlimited hours of parking.

As always:

Please feel free to reach out via the contact page if you would like to present at future meetups!

Please RSVP only if you can actually attend in person. If your plans change, please kindly remove yourself from the "Yes" list so that those who can attend can RSVP!

Recruiters are not welcome unless they are with the sponsor of our event! Any other recruiters who show up at our meetup will be asked to leave.
