**TRIP DATE:** Thursday May 23 - Sunday May 26, 2024

**Minimum Gear:** Jacket, gloves, suitable riding pants, and ankle high boots.

**Mandatory Requirements:** Moto (M1) drivers license endorsement, Moto insurance, and motorcycle in good working and running condition.

**To clarify, we are not all meeting up and riding out to Vegas. We are meeting up in Vegas and riding on Friday & Saturday before returning back home Sunday.**

**TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:**

**THURSDAY -** Will be primarily a freestyle trip up to Vegas. You can go on your own or comment to see who is leaving when and group up for the ride to/from. Once we arrive, we will check-in to our rooms, freshen up, and enjoy the night. You can ride or as another option, trailer or truck your bike out.

**FRIDAY & SATURDAY -** We will meetup in the morning and go on day rides to fabulous destination including Red Rock, Mt. Charleston, Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire which will take most of the day and afternoon, returning back to our hotel in the late afternoon to freshen up. We can then meetup and go to dinner, the strip, or downtown and enjoy some Vegas nightlife.

**SUNDAY -** Will be primarily a freestyle trip back home. You can depart on your own early in the morning or see who is leaving when and group up.

**ACCOMMODATIONS:**

SOUTHPOINT HOTEL & CASINO on Las Vegas Blvd. SOUTPOINT has a bowling alley, a movie theater, and a pretty reasonable buffet. SOUTHPOINT also offers a large motorcycle parking space inside the garage on the first level, right in front of the entrance. (FREE parking). ROOM RATES (as of today) are **$148 each night** but, rates do often change so it is best to make your reservation and lock-in the rates. If rates go down between now and trip date, a quick call to Southpoint and you will get the rate adjusted down. If you book through third party website such as vegas.com or hotels.com, etc. issues such as cancellations or price adjustments will be different. Heads up!

You are welcome to stay at any other hotel or casino but it is recommended that we stay near to each other as this will make getting together and going out for the nightlife much easier for all of us.

This is our 11th successful trip to Vegas and past ten times, we've had an unforgettable time experiencing roads and route that are simply amazing, with breathtaking views, none like what we usually experience in our area on the west coast. This time, it won't all be about speed.

I'm looking forward to enjoying these amazing roads once again with the SCSB crew. So, start packing and get scheduled any maintenance that may be needed for your bike!
