ONLINE: Science Saturdays: Dr. Albert Ellis & REBT, Part 2

Details

This is "Science Saturday" - a Saturday afternoon meeting for Socrates Cafe and Orlando Stoics. It's online. We meet every 2 weeks.

This is part 2 of our review of Dr. Albert Ellis and his REBT concepts. Wikipedia says REBT is “is an active-directive, philosophically and empirically based psychotherapy, the aim of which is to resolve emotional and behavioral problems and disturbances and to help people to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.”

Hope you can join us for Science Saturday. Our meeting starts with an introduction or a dialogue, and then proceeds to an open discussion. You don't need to read any materials in advance.
