ADMISSION:
The cost to attend our 11th Annual Halloween event is $40.00 per person. You may use one of the below listed methods to pay for your admission to our party. Please Pay when you RSVP.

2. Zelle - Payment to gzimmerman45@gmail.com
3. Check - Payable to Virginia Phillips and mail to 1087 Jaeger Road, Spring Valley, CA 91977
4. Cash - Make arrangements with Gina Phillips, Organizer via Meetup message or call Gina (619) 990-7179 to arrange your cash payment.
5. You can also pay cash to Illene R., Co-Organizer if attending an event she is hosting.

PARTY DETAILS
Location
Our Halloween party will be held in the Banquet Hall of the American Legion Hall, 8118 University Avenue, La Mesa, CA
Parking
Parking is available in the lot located on the North side of the building and the parking lot across the street south of the building.

Band
BROWN SUGAR will take the stage and will be playing great tunes for our dancing pleasure. We will be dancing on a wooden floor which will allow for smooth dancing

Bar Tendered Bar (non-hosted)
You will be able to purchase alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and water from the 2 bartenders servicing the bar. *See photos to see Drink Prices.

• No outside beverages allowed. There is a full bar that will have beverages for sale at reasonable prices. If any outside alcohol is found, we will be asked to stop our event and leave.

Complimentary appetizers and snacks.
There will be an assortment of appetizers, snacks, cookies and other sweets.

Halloween Costume Contest
You have over a month to get your Halloween Costume ready to compete in our Halloween Costume Contest.
Contest Details

• Single Entry - there will be 1st and 2nd place winners
• Couples Entry - there will be 1st and 2nd place winners
• Contest costume entrants will be judged on the below 3 categories:

1. Most Original
2. Scariest
3. Funniest

• Halloween Contest will be judged as follows:

1. Each entrant will register to be in the contest.
2. Entrants will be judged on the costume and how they bring the character to life. In other words "BE" your costume.

Raffles
There will be raffle winners throughout the event.
