Social Clean lifestyle 40+ - Meet and Greet, July 22, 2023

Hello Everyone!
I am doing our casual Meet & Greet at Backyard Brew, located at 444 California Avenue, Palo Alto 94031. This part of California Avenue is only for pedestrians (no cars allowed), but here is an indoor garage and street parking on Cambridge Avenue. There are two entrances to the coffee place, one on California Avenue and another one on New Mayfield Ln.
During our get together will be getting acquiented and will be discussing ideas for our next meet ups. I love to hear your input on the activities I have in mind and listen to yours. What does it mean to you living a clean lifestyle in connection with body, mind, spirit? One of the members asked me this question, and I thought it was a great question to explore and share our thoughts, during our meet up.
