Outdoor Zirkeltraining „Strength“ – Gemeinsam fit durch den Sommer 💪☀️
Du hast Lust, dich im Freien auszupowern und dabei in einer motivierten Gruppe zu trainieren? Dann bist du hier genau richtig!
Im Sommer findet ein Zirkeltraining mit Fokus auf Kraft und Ausdauer („Strength“) statt – perfekt, um Kalorien zu verbrennen und gleichzeitig Spaß an Bewegung zu haben. Ganz egal, ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener: Das Training ist für jedes Fitnesslevel geeignet, da Übungen individuell angepasst werden können.
Als erfahrener Fitness-Instructor stehe ich euch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite:
Ich zeige Übungen, gebe Tipps zur Ausführung, korrigiere bei Bedarf und biete Alternativen an – damit jeder optimal trainieren kann.

Motivation und Energie durch Gruppendynamik
Musik für den extra Push
Individuelle Unterstützung und Coaching

Nach dem Training lassen wir die Session entspannt ausklingen und gehen gemeinsam auf einen Kaffee in den Giesinger Garten – eine tolle Gelegenheit zum Austausch und Kennenlernen.

Outdoor Circuit Training “Strength” – Get Fit Together This Summer 💪☀️
Are you looking to work out outdoors and push your limits in a motivated group? Then this event is perfect for you!
This summer, we’ll be hosting a circuit training session with a focus on strength and endurance, ideal for burning calories while having fun. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, the training is suitable for all fitness levels, as exercises can be adapted individually.
As an experienced fitness instructor, I’ll support you throughout the session:
I’ll demonstrate exercises, give tips on proper form, provide corrections if needed, and offer alternative movements so everyone can train effectively.
What to expect:
Effective full-body bodyweight circuit training outdoors
Motivation through group dynamics
Music to keep you energized
Individual guidance and coaching
What to bring:
Plenty of water 💧
A towel
After the workout, we’ll wind down together and grab a coffee at the nearby Giesinger Garten – a great opportunity to connect and socialize.

📍 Meeting point: Isar meadows (Candidbrücke) - Fitness trail at the duck pond
🕒 When: Saturday at 10 am

We do a small warm-up. The run is a very easy pace, 5k or 10k run through the beautiful English Garden (you can choose spontaneously: the group splits after 5k).
Then we have brunch at Lost Weekend afterwards as a reward and to socialize :)
We often organize other activities together as well, like Volleyball, Bouldering or Hiking
