Old School RuneScape (OSRS) is a social game, but it can also be an isolating experience without real-life friends to play with.
Social Skilling is a meetup for OSRS players in Madison to grind together while making in-game and in-person connections!

Bring an OSRS-enabled device over to Meeting Room B of the Sequoya Library Branch for an evening of skilling. The group activity will be aerial fishing on world 494, so you can also bring your best fashionscape to Lake Molch — or not, if you’d rather just work on a different grind in the company of others.
Aerial fishing requires membership, level 43 fishing, and level 35 hunter. Snacks, pizza, and soda will be provided. Anyone who gets a golden tench during the event will get a 1M gp prize.
If you do not have an appropriate device to play OSRS on, we may be able to help you get one for the event — but doing so will require planning in advance. Text or call Evan at 608.285.2482 if you have transportation concerns, need a bond, want help getting a device, or have other accessibility needs.
