About us
Social Sound Lab is a space to come together and explore healing instruments and the therapeutic effects of sound đ§ đż
Weâll spend time with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan, and chimes, getting a feel for how they sound and how they soothe us.
Thereâs no right or wrong way to play, and no musical experience needed. Itâs simply about being curious, listening deeply, and letting the instruments and sound guide you.
Together, we slow down, relax, and reset, creating something gentle and beautiful as a group đ€
đ§ What to expect
Each session is a mix of guided experience, gentle play, and creating something together:
- Guided Sound Bath + Gentle Movement
Weâll start with a calm, immersive sound bath to help you settle in, slow down, and tune into the space. - Instrument Exploration
Youâll have time to try out the instruments, singing bowls, handpan, chimes, and explore them in your own way. No pressure, just curiosity. - Group Sound Creation
Weâll come together and create a shared âhealing piece,â layering sounds and building something immersive as a group. - Recording the Sound
Weâll record what we create so you can take it home and use it later, whether thatâs for sleep, relaxing, focusing, or unwinding at the end of the day.
