Do you love to write but find it difficult to stay motivated?
Join Social Scribes, a new writing group led by a recent film graduate who's trying to keep writing amidst the chaos of post-grad life. 😅
We'll meet weekly at different locations around Rogers Park and Edgewater. Each meetup will last about 2 hours. We'll do some quick introductions, then write solo for an hour, and spend the last 45-ish minutes talking about our projects — only if we’re comfortable :)
This is not a critique group. It’s simply a space for writers to make friends (come chat!), have dedicated time to focus on our projects, and brainstorm ideas with the group.
Writers of all genres and skill levels are welcome. 🤗
