Feel free to bring games, snacks, and friends. You're welcome to drop in and leave whenever you'd like.

Ever wished for a run club that met midday instead of in the early morning or evening? 🤔

We’ve created just the thing for those of us with nontraditional schedules! 😊

Come join us for a 3-4 mile run in Central Park on Mondays at 4pm.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎽

We’ll meet at the USS Maine monument in Columbus Circle, then we’ll stretch for 5 minutes and head off! (Please try to arrive 10 minutes early as we will depart the meetup location by 4:05.)

No worries if you’d prefer to do fewer or more miles. We’ll regroup at the meeting location in 45 minutes (by 4:50).

Afterwards, we’ll get bubble tea and other drinks from TP TEA at West 58th and 8th Avenue then head back to Central Park to hang out. 😄

Come and join for a zone 2 training on Tuesday mornings! Zone 2 training is to maintain at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. It has many benefits (just ask the Internet).

Basically, we will jog at a speed where we can still talk. After the run, we can grab a cup of coffee and breakfast.
