Come and join for a zone 2 training on Tuesday mornings! Zone 2 training is to maintain at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. It has many benefits (just ask the Internet).

Basically, we will jog at a speed where we can still talk. After the run, we can grab a cup of coffee and breakfast.
