It's my Birthday and I'm celebrating with a Veteran's Day Hike and Dinner with my friends and soon-to-be friends!
Foothills Park is one of the gems of the Peninsula. The trails are wonderful and it feels like you're going through different microclimates on just one hike. For 51 years, it was only for Palo Alto residents. Several years ago, they opened up this pristine park. They have camping, hiking, picnic grounds, walking and just chilln'.

We'll be at a moderate pace - minimum 2 miles an hour with stops at junctions.

Follow signs to Orchard Glen Picnic Area
Once you enter the park, stay to the left and go down the hill and you'll see the Picnic Area on your left.
If you hit Interpretive Center you've gone too far.
We'll meet by the bathrooms.

Bathrooms
Full Bathroom near the start/end of the hike.
Bring: Water, Snacks, Headlamp, Weather appropriate clothing. It could get really cold. Bring hoodie/jacket and rain gear.

Only RSVP is you're 100% going to make it. Last minute cancellations are frowned upon and will result in you getting removed from the group.
