10.00-11.00: An hour of gentle and restorative Hatha yoga
11.00-12.00: Journaling, sharing circle, mindfulness activities - take part in as much or as little as you like. An hour to truly take time for yourself and quiet your busy brain! There will also be hot drinks and fresh fruit on offer :)
