香港20-30歲朋友的未來職業討論會

在咖啡廳里聊聊天
20-30歲也許正是迷惘或充滿機會的年齡
不妨和朋友或同儕一起交流各自行業或專業的狀況，也聊聊職涯規劃。 不管你是即將畢業的建築系學生，還是仍在決定是否要留港的港漂或學生，還是AI從業人員、設計師、創業者都歡迎來坐坐。
聊什麼？ 例如現在做的事有沒有前景、想轉行的話往哪走、是否有志同道合的陌生人，亦或者只是想隨便聊聊天，或者只想坐在旁邊聽聽，也可以。
不搞形式，覺得有用就多待會兒，有事隨時走。

面向誰：
應屆畢業生、剛步入職場的年輕人、或正在考慮轉行的朋友且20到30歲之間都行。

Let’s chat in a café.

Maybe for people aged 20–30, it’s a time of uncertainty—or a time full of opportunities. Why not share with friends or peers about what different industries and professions look like, and also talk about career planning?

No matter whether you’re an architecture student who is about to graduate, a Hong Kong immigrant (“港漂”) or student who is still deciding whether to stay in Hong Kong, or someone working in AI, a designer, or an entrepreneur—everyone is welcome to drop by and join the conversation.

### What can we talk about?

For example:

• Whether what you’re currently doing has prospects
• If you want to switch careers, where you would go next
• Whether you’re hoping to meet like-minded new people
• Or simply just chat casually
• Or you can just sit quietly and listen—no pressure

No formalities. If you feel it’s useful, stay longer. If you have things to attend to, feel free to leave anytime.

### Target audience

• Graduating students
• Young people who have just entered the workforce
• Friends who are considering a career change
• As long as you are between 20 and 30, you’re welcome.

• The venue will be shared after registration.

有時候認識一個新朋友，不一定要從：

也可以從一個有意思的問題開始：
如果可以重新選擇一次，你還會走現在這條路嗎？
你覺得現在的年輕人，比上一代更轻松了嗎？
如果錢不是問題，你最想過什麼樣的生活？
愛情、事業、自由，你會怎麼排序？
你覺得一個人真正的「成熟」是什麼？
每一期，我們選一個輕鬆但值得討論的話題。
沒有專家，沒有標準答案，也不要求你一定要表達得多麼有深度。
就是一群 20–30歲的年輕人，喝點東西，認識一些新朋友，聊聊我們正在經歷的生活。
也許最後你記住的，不是那個問題。
而是坐在你旁邊、和你有完全不同想法的那個人。

Sometimes getting to know a new friend doesn’t have to start with:
“What do you do for work?”
“Where do you live?”
“What are your hobbies?”
It can also start with an interesting question:
If you could choose again, would you still take the path you’re on now?
Do you think young people today have it easier than the previous generation?
If money weren’t an issue, what kind of life would you most want to live?
Love, career, freedom—how would you rank them?
What do you think it truly means to be “mature”?
Each episode, we choose a light but thought-provoking topic.
No experts, no standard answers, and no requirement that you express yourself with great depth.
Just a group of young people in their 20s–30s, having a drink, meeting some new friends, and talking about the lives we’re living.
Maybe in the end, what you remember isn’t the question.
It’s the person sitting next to you, with a completely different perspective from yours.

每一次，我們提出 一個話題。

然後，邀請來自不同國家、城市和文化背景的 20–30 歲年輕人，坐在一起。

沒有標準答案。

你可以說說自己的看法，
分享自己的經歷，
聽聽來自另一個地方的人怎麼想，
也可以暫時不發言，只是安靜地聽。

同一個問題，
在不同的成長環境裡，
可能會得到完全不同的答案。

而我們想做的，就是把這些答案放在一起。

Between Us｜Young people from around the world, talking about a question you’re also thinking about

Every time, we bring one topic to the table.

Then, we invite young people aged 20–30 from different countries, cities, and cultural backgrounds to sit together.

There are no standard answers.

You can share your own thoughts,
tell your own experiences,
hear how someone from another place thinks,
or you can simply stay quiet and listen for the moment.

The same question,
in different growth backgrounds,
may lead to completely different answers.

And what we want to do is bring these answers together.
