這週六，一起去挑戰香港首個「嘔心食物博物館」。
這裡不是普通的美食展—— 全球各地那些「看起來完全不想吃」的食物，都會出現在這裡。
🪱 活蛆芝士 🦈 發酵鯊魚肉 🐸 青蛙汁 👀 羊眼球汁 ……還有一些現場可以挑戰的奇怪食物。
除了博物館，AIRSIDE 同期還有免費的「怪奇料理」市集，可以一起逛逛，看看一些平時絕對不會主動點的奇怪料理。

不用認識誰，也不用特別準備。 就是一起去看一些平時不會接觸的東西，順便認識幾個有趣的人。

Dare to try?
This Saturday, let’s challenge ourselves at Hong Kong’s first "Disgusting Food Museum."
This is no ordinary food exhibition— Foods from all over the world that look completely unappetizing will all be on display here.
🪱 Casu Marzu (Maggot Cheese) 🦈 Fermented Shark Meat 🐸 Frog Juice 👀 Sheep Eyeball Juice ...and other weird foods you can challenge yourself to try on site.
Besides the museum, AIRSIDE is also hosting a free "Bizarre Cuisine" market at the same time. We can wander around together and check out strange dishes you’d normally never order.

No need to know anyone beforehand, and no special preparation required. Just come along to check out things you wouldn’t usually encounter, and meet a few interesting people along the way.
