Taking up running can seem like a scary prospect, especially if you feel out of shape or unfit.

But did you know that regular running can help reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, boost your mood and keep your weight under control?

This event is for you whether you have run before or want to get started. Any level is welcome.

Its non-scary event and the goal is to get you running with some friendly encouragement round the meadows twice nonstop. You will be amazed how easy it is to do and how quickly you will get there and when you do…

If you need a little bit more help google the NHS guide called “The Couch to 5K plan” designed to get you off the couch and gradually work you up to running 5K or running for half an hour, in just nine weeks. Consult G.P. before beginning any exercise.
