Join us for a fantastic group walk through the Vale of Glamorgan! This "moderate" rated trail offers a beautiful mix of tranquil riverside paths, woodland stretches, and a climb up to an ancient hill fort for some of the best views in the area. Itβs a great way to spend a Sunday exploring the outdoors with a friendly group.

***The Salmon Leaps: **Weβll follow the peaceful waterside path where, if we're lucky, you can see the river cascading over the weirs.
** *Caerau Hill Fort: **We will head up to the site of this historic Iron Age hill fort, providing a perfect vantage point to look out over the surrounding landscape.
*** Woodland & Fields: **The route transitions through lush green woods and open fields, making for a very scenic loop.

-** Lunch Break: We will stop for a 30-minute lunch break along the trail, so please remember to pack a lunch and plenty of water.
*** Dogs Welcome: This is a dog-friendly route, so feel free to bring your pups along for the adventure!
*** Clothing: Given the "moderate" terrain and the possibility of muddy paths near the river, please wear sturdy walking shoes or boots and bring layers/waterproofs **just in case the Welsh weather decides to surprise us.
