I love Portishead (a town I’ve lived in for over 5 years and am proud to call it home) and I love yoga (including its history & philosophy), so I’m combining my two passions in this themed walk.

We will wander around Portishead (lots of options for different routes - marina, nature reserve, Lake Grounds) and pause from time to time so I can share my knowledge about yoga, common myths & perhaps answer some of the questions you’ve had but never had a chance to ask.

A little bit about me - I’m a certified yoga teacher and practitioner of almost 30 years. I’ve taught a variety of styles to groups and individuals from many different countries; in person and online.

I now teach regular yoga classes in Portishead and online as well as organise local & international retreats.
