Setting New Year's Resolutions? We can feel conflicted about setting goals, because when we are very goal-focused, we can feel a sense of chronic lack or frustration. On the other hand, we feel if we do not set goals, then we are not going to take meaningful action in our lives. These two options seem stressful.
This workshop presents a way to take action in our lives which is much less filled with frustration and chronic lack. It takes from established psychotherapeutic research what works.
