We’re keeping things fun, casual, and affordable with brunch at IHOP, followed by karaoke at Karaoke Shout in Astoria!
This meetup is all about good food, new friends, laughs, corny jokes, and singing like nobody’s judging you, even though we probably are a little bit. LOL 😂🎤
We welcome anyone and everyone who may not feel comfortable at high-end restaurants but still wants to enjoy brunch with a new group of awkward, cool, funny, and crazy friends!
After brunch, we’ll head over together to Karaoke Shout for music, singing, and good vibes. Whether you can sing like Beyoncé, sound like a broken fire alarm, or only know the chorus, you’re welcome here! 🎶✨

### 🚇 How We’ll Get to Karaoke After Brunch

After brunch, we’ll travel together from IHOP to Karaoke Shout.
Step 1: Walk from IHOP to the Ditmars Blvd Subway Station
Exit IHOP and walk toward 31st Street and Ditmars Blvd.
Walk to the Ditmars Blvd N/W subway station entrance.
This is very close to IHOP and should only take about 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2: Take the Train
Take the Manhattan-bound N or W train from Ditmars Blvd.
Ride 2 stops to Broadway.
The stops are:
Ditmars Blvd → Astoria Blvd → Broadway
Step 3: Walk from Broadway Station to Karaoke Shout
Get off at Broadway and exit near Broadway and 31st Street.
Walk east on Broadway toward Steinway Street.
As you walk, you’ll pass streets like:
32nd Street → 33rd Street → 34th Street → 35th Street → 36th Street → 37th Street → 38th Street
When you reach Steinway Street, turn right onto Steinway Street.
Walk down Steinway Street toward 34th Avenue.
Karaoke Shout will be on Steinway Street between Broadway and 34th Avenue.
The walk from Broadway Station to Karaoke Shout is usually around 7 to 10 minutes.
The full trip from IHOP to Karaoke Shout is usually around 15 to 20 minutes total, depending on train timing.
You can also take a rideshare if you prefer.
