We’ll start with karaoke at Planet Rose, grab some food afterward at IHOP, and then — if everyone still has energy — head over to Solas for some optional Halloween dancing! 👻🕺

Dress up if you want, come in regular clothes if you want — just come out and have fun with us! ❤️

# 🎤👻 1) HALLOWEEN KARAOKE AT PLANET ROSE

It’s Halloween, so what better way to start the evening than with...

Come sing your favorite songs, cheer everyone on, laugh, dance, meet some new people, and enjoy a fun Halloween afternoon and evening with the group!
Planet Rose uses an online karaoke catalog where you can browse songs here:

When you’re ready to sing, simply write the number of your song and your name on a post-it note — they provide them — and hand it to the bartender.
Your song will then be added to the shared queue.

## 🎤 Happy Hour: 4 PM – 8 PM

There’s a one-drink minimum to sing, and soft drinks count!
🥤 Soft drinks are around $2–$3
🍹 Alcoholic drinks average around $6–$7
Some of the most affordable karaoke drinks in the city!
After 8 PM, each song costs $2.
💡 PRO TIP: ARRIVE EARLY!
Between 4 PM and 6 PM, Planet Rose is usually quieter, so we may get to sing a LOT before the Halloween crowds start coming in! 😂🎤
The later it gets, the longer the karaoke queue can become.
There’s also no stage, so the atmosphere is very casual. You can sing, dance, cheer people on, and just have fun.

This is also a great time to hang out, talk, get to know everyone, laugh about our karaoke performances, and decide who still has enough energy for Part 3! 😂

🎟️ There should be no cover at Solas, but since it’s Halloween, we’ll see what the situation is on the day.
Halloween is a special night and door policies can always change, so we are not guaranteeing free entry.
If there is an unexpected cover charge or the situation changes, we can decide as a group what we want to do.

Halloween costumes are encouraged if you enjoy dressing up...
But they are NOT REQUIRED!
Don't stay home because you don't have a costume.

Everyone is welcome either way.
The goal is simply to get out of the house, have fun, meet some people, and enjoy Halloween together.

On a personal note — something that helped me overcome shyness was simply getting out there.
Last summer I barely went out, but now I'm making the effort to enjoy life, try new experiences, and meet new people.
