What we’re about

Everyone can join! We will host sessions to uplift and improve your mood! Some with themed discussion, laughter, Mindfulness, Guided relaxation and meditation sessions and more.
Other sessions are just an open chatting gathering.
All online during this pandemic. Stay socially connected while physically distanced !
When possible we will have in person sessions as well.
It’s easy to join online no special computer equipment needed.
Simply click on the web link from your computer or smart phone.
Or if you prefer you can download the Zoom app for free and type in the meeting ID and password

If you aren’t familiar with Laughter as an exercise or meditation- You may be surprised to learn that Laughter is the fastest way to oxygenate! It is similar to a long extended Yawn ! When we have Laughter exercises and breath work - you will feel good and boost your health😀
