Welcome back to the Empowered Empath WorkshopIn our last session, the shares from our participants were so rich that we chose not to rush. In this session, we pick up exactly where we left off: the importance of self-care for empaths.
In this 90-minute workshop, we continue to hold a warm, intimate reflection space. Together we will:- Revisit why self-care is non-negotiable (and never selfish) for empaths
- Discover the many forms of unapologetic self-care
- Share and celebrate your personal self-care practices in an interactive show & tell
Come as you are. Curiosity is our compass.
Before the session: Bring one or two items you love for self-care, such as a candle, incense, a crystal, a flower, or anything that genuinely restores you. We'll share them together.Your Facilitator:

This circle centers on mutual support, listening, and shared experience β a place where you can show up as yourself without pressure, explanation, or judgment.Each gathering invites participants into thoughtful conversation and reflection around themes such as identity, belonging, relationships, resilience, and navigating life authentically. You are welcome to share openly, listen quietly, or simply be present β participation is always at your own pace.
This is not a therapy group, but a community-based support space grounded in respect, compassion, and confidentiality. Our intention is to foster connection, reduce isolation, and strengthen a sense of belonging through shared humanity and care.
