Grunthos was reported to have been "disappointed" by the poem's reception, and was about to embark on a reading of his 12-book epic entitled "My Favourite Bathtime Gurgles" when his own major intestine, in a desperate attempt to save humanity, leapt straight up through his neck and throttled his brain.
The very worst poetry of all perished along with its creator, Paul Neil Milne Johnstone of Redbridge, in the destruction of the planet Earth. Vogon poetry is mild by comparison.”

Hi there! We are SOFO Brunch Book Club. Once a month we meet for brunch and to talk about books. What book? That’s entirely up to you!
Instead of choosing a specific book each meetup has a theme, and each participant chooses a book that fits that prompt. You can read in any language, but the discussion will be in English.
This time we’re doing POETRY. So come and join us for a coffee and a talk about iambic feet.
The event is free; however, you have to order something from the menu at the café. The number of places is limited. No-shows will be invited nevermore, and will be excluded from the group. If you signed up for this event but can no longer attend, please change your status to 'not going' as soon as possible so someone else can have your spot.
