Whether you spend most of your day at a desk, in meetings, or on your feet, this group is for anyone who wants to stretch, breathe, and reset — without pressure, poses, or performance.
🧘♀️ Sessions are slow and gentle: a blend of mindful movement, soft stretches, breathwork, and moments of stillness.
🌿 No experience is needed. Come as you are, in whatever you're wearing.
