Who are the speakers, and what will you learn?

✅ Mădălin Dragnea aka Mad.Animator, Creative & Motion Director at ALL MAD Studio
I worked in advertising, where I had the chance to experiment with many things and win many national and international awards. I've been a front-end developer, graphic designer, and art director. I grew professionally at the Webstyler digital agency, experimented at VÂNĂ Studio, and later studied advertising at Publicis. Although I've drawn a lot of pixels, I've always loved moving them the most, so since 2021, I've opened my own visual arts and animation studio, ALL MAD Studio. In my spare time, I create animated and educational content under the name Mad.Animator.
In my presentation, I will talk about the reasons that made me run away from a front-end developer job to a creative job to later find a niche in animation. I will also show the best animations I worked on alone or with the people from ALL MAD Studio, as well as our work process.
