Go-live is often treated as the finish line, but the value a solution was meant to deliver is only realized after release. Business analysis doesn't stop at handoff; it continues into a formal, often overlooked discipline: Solution Evaluation.

This webinar by CIGen explores Solution Evaluation as its own BABOK knowledge area, and why the business analyst's role extends well beyond delivery. Using the BACCM's emphasis on value as a core concept, we'll examine how BAs can close the loop between what was built and what was actually needed, and how that evaluation feeds back into strategy, making the work a continuous cycle rather than a one time deliverable.
