Coding Dojo: Top Gear Refactoring Kata

We'll try to refactor Wouter Lagerweij (http://www.lagerweij.com/)'s Top Gear Refactoring Kata.

As the author says:
"a single-method case, which is untested, needs refactoring, and is hard to read. Oh, and contains bugs".

There are initial versions of the code in Java, Php and Ruby in: https://github.com/wouterla

If anyone feel like porting the code to another language, we'd really appreciate it.
