Coding Dojo: Bugs Zero Kata

We will practice a refactoring kata, where a good suite of tests will protect undesired changes in functionality. Said suite will allow to introduce domain abstractions, by using parallel change.

At the end, we will compare different solutions. No need to reach an agreement on which one is the best.
