Many developers continue to use Vim as the main development tool. This is because Vim is not just about efficiency; it’s also about philosophy. In this talk, we are going to explore the philosophy of Vim and its power. Then, we are going to find out how we can harness this power and use it in modern IDEs (Intellij, VSCode) to improve the development workflow. This talk will cover some basics, so there is no need to be an experienced Vim user to participate in it.
