Discover the Healing Flow Within Your Body

In this gentle guided somatic meditation, Bethany will help you slow down, relax, and reconnect with your body from the inside out.

This beginner-friendly practice is designed to help you feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded as your body softens and begins to sense the healing energy flowing within you.

We’ll begin with two simple bioenergy checks — gentle body-awareness check-ins to help you notice where your body feels open, blocked, tense, calm, or ready to flow. Then, you’ll be guided by Bethany’s calming voice into a body-based practice that supports relaxation, nervous system settling, and the release of stress your body no longer needs to carry.

As your body begins to settle, you’ll connect with the calm healing energy you discovered during the check-in. You’ll have time to simply rest, receive, and notice how good it feels to let your body relax into healing.

We’ll close with gentle affirming words to help you anchor the calm, grounded sensations in your body and continue the practice beyond the event.

No meditation experience is needed. You are encouraged to have cameras on and interact if you are comfortable.
