About us
Looking for like-minded people to share conversations and fun times together. Must be single, politically progressive or liberal, (most often a Democratic voter,) open-minded and of a certain age (IYKYK ... but around 50+ or older would fit the purpose of this group.) Let’s get together socially, knowing we share similar aspirations for our communities and our country!

Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens
Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, 8909 W. 179th Street, Overland Park, KS, USLaurencians: carpool? This place is a must see.
We'll walk the trails and then have lunch indoors or outdoors at the LongHouse (on the grounds.)
Venue is https://www.opkansas.org/recreation-fun/arboretum-botanical-gardens/ . Parking is free. Admission for adults is $7.00/head. Let's start out at the Environmental Education Center (building #12 on the map,) which is at the old (easternmost) public entrance and parking area. This is a smaller building than the LongHouse, so it might be easier for us to find one another there. We might begin our walk towards gardens #14-#17, where we might be more easily seen by stragglers.
