Safety Guidelines:

• Wear bright colors, closed-toe shoes (no sandals), and gloves. Sleeves & pants recommended.
• Never turn your back toward traffic & stay off the roadway.
• Don’t overfill your bag—keep it light enough to carry. Do not carry bags over your shoulder to avoid injuries from sharp objects.
• Look out for poison ivy or thorny plants.
• Don’t eat any berries or mushrooms you find.
• Watch your step. Be aware of your surroundings to avoid slips/falls on uneven ground.
