About us
A social group for women ages 45–60 who are experiencing or have experienced separation, divorce, grief, or the end of a significant relationship.
The goal is simple: to meet other women who understand this stage of life, make new friends, and create genuine connection as we move forward with greater strength and understanding.
This is not a formal therapy group. It’s a place to talk honestly, have some fun, try new things, and build friendships with women who get it.
Our gatherings will be informal and social, beginning in North County San Diego.
