We are a Bangkok community for people who want to move, breathe, and actually meet each other.
Three fixed slots every week:
🌞 Tues 7pm — Sauna Soul Connect
Hot, cold, and conversations that go somewhere. You get paired up, you get a question, you talk. Strangers on arrival, not on the way out.
🌞 Thurs 7pm — Ice Bath & Breathwork
Breathe, plunge, sit with it. Harder than it sounds and easier than you think.
🌞 Sun 11am — Ice Bath Social
The relaxed one. Sauna, ice, hang around afterwards.
Every so often we run Solar Dance: breathwork, cacao, a few games so you're not standing in a corner, then a DJ set and a couple of hours of moving however you want. No steps to learn, lights low, nobody watching.
We also run workshops on body language, confidence, and communication.
