Our group welcomes all women in South Florida.

- Joining the group is free; however, Meetups may have fees, with some events offered at no cost.

Join us in a tranquil tropical oasis, surrounded by the restorative beauty of nature, art and history. Enjoy gentle 🌬️ breathwork and a slow Yoga🤸♀️ flow session, enhanced by a medley of global music 🎵 intertwined with the sacred sounds of live healing instruments.
Following this, we will engage in a beautiful and sacred Cacao 🍫 Meditation 🧘🏽♀️ Ceremony*, accompanied by a Sound Bath featuring crystal 🥣 bowls, flutes, and other healing 🎶 tools aimed at promoting emotional, spiritual, and physical healing.
Its also the last new moon of 2025, and perfect to manifest for the upcoming year.
After this enriching experience, enjoy a silent forest 🌳 bath and connect with the community.

*Pre-registration: Required to guarantee your spot. Classes take place regardless of the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy. They are conducted on the covered, paved surface the Veranda at the Bonnet Museum home, which provides breathtaking views of nature.
