- Joining the group is free; however, Meetups may have fees with a prepay to secure your spot, with some events offered at no cost.

This is a 1-hour fitness-based, medium-paced, weighted or non-weighted walk with a stretch sesh and social.

* Bring water and a towel/coffee or tea.After the walk, we will go to our cars and grab a towel and a drink for stretching and social time on the field.
