Hands-On Laser Cutter Project! Part 1

About the Class:
In this class students will learn to use a laser cutter by making an acrylic light up sign 2”x3.5”. Class will begin with a briefing on safety and laser cutter operation. This will be followed with a review of the design and tips and tricks for how students can customize it. Class is spread out over two sessions to allow time for creativity, the Part 2 will cover assembly and programming. There is a $16 material fee for students wishing to make a sign. Students only wishing to learn about the laser cutter may attend just the first part of the class for free.
