Celebration, Member Hangout, & Games

Join your fellow makers in a celebration of the SSD makerspace's growth and success! This event is open to the public, but we especially encourage current SSD members to attend as well to meet and mingle.

There will be free food, snacks, drinks, music, games, show & tell, plus the conversations and knowledge-sharing with fellow makers that makes the SSD so unique! The purpose of this event is to bring the members of the SSD together to build our camaraderie, celebrate everything we've accomplished so far, and keep the energy going into next year.

The event is set to run for 5 hours to leave time for longer-form games members might want to play, but if you can only stay for a short while, come towards the beginning to say hi to your fellow makers!

But wait, that's not all! One of our members, Brock Wood, will DM a Dungeons and Dragons fifth-edition dungeon crawl starting around 2pm. Get a seat at the table to run a pre-generated character through a 2-3 hour oneshot with old-school fun and flavor, or watch the inevitable D&D shenanigans as a spectator!
