Deep bows to those who participated in our Daylong Mindfulness retreat this past Saturday at the Franciscan Renewal Center! It was a full house and a beautiful day of practice.

The next upcoming opportunity is a Live, Online MBSR course starting Sunday, October 13th.

There is a FREE Orientation Class, and the full course runs 8 weeks, and offers a special opportunity to participate in research with UC Davis. The research is separate from the course (it's not a requirement to participate!) But the research pays $230 for participants in my class.. which is a nice offset for the cost of the program! (this is a one-time opportunity)
