About us
SOMA is a Toronto community for exploring breath, embodiment, movement, and connection.
We create grounded, welcoming spaces where you can step out of the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body, and be more present with yourself and others.

About the Facilitator:
Konstantin’s path into breathwork began through his own process of reconnecting with emotional presence and the body. A retreat in Mexico first introduced him to the power of conscious breathing as a tool for inner exploration and regulation. Since then, he has integrated breathwork into his personal practice and facilitation work. He has been holding sharing circles and retreats for the past few years, creating spaces for emotional expression, presence, and connection. He is a certified Breathwork Healing Facilitator.1 attendee
