Self-Love Embodiment: Coming Home to Yourself
For many of us, the idea of self-love can bring up discomfort. Is it selfish? Indulgent? Maybe even a little cringey?
But self-love is so much more than a one-time act—it’s a way of being. It’s how we move through the world, how we speak to ourselves, and how we meet that inner critical voice (yep, we all have one!).
In this class, you’ll tap into the energy of self-love and explore practices that help you feel it in your body—deeply and truly. Through breath, movement, and presence, you’ll reconnect with the tenderness, strength, and compassion that already lives within you.

What is an Embodiment Practice?
An embodiment practice is any intentional activity that helps you connect more deeply with the sensations, wisdom, and emotions held in your body. Instead of just thinking about how you feel or what you want, embodiment practices invite you to feel it—right here, right now, through the body.
*This is not a yoga class or workout class.
